Whomever is running DT needs to be replaced - they are doing terrible job fielding it. Second time hours and months of dismissals are wiped out by an update. For such a "game-changing" product they couldn't have done worse job running it. And the routing optimizer is not intelligent at all- keeps putting my partner and I to see same offices 2-3 days apart instead of alternating weeks. How does this make any sense? I have been trying to embrace this piece of crap and it just keeps getting worse, with every "improvement". So over it
