Dear Allergan,
I would tell this to you in person but I would have to go through the shady queen bitch from the SM human resource department, C Pritchard, so I am writing this here. HR issues have been reported to her previously but she hides them for her friends. She's threatening and unethical. Fire her immediately.

You have the WORST sr leadership team ever. They are a bunch of overpaid, useless, clueless, inept, negative, deceitful liars. And they hire and promote based on friendships, not quality of work. Stop promoting reps to mgrs just b/c they have been here a long time. Longevity does not necessarily mean quality. HG is a great example of who NOT to promote.

Perfect example of a dumb ass: EB. Ask him to do the job of a sales rep for 1 month and he would fall on his face. Most accounts in florida won't even let him in the door and the reps have to lie to him and corporate b/c he cries like a baby b/c everyone hates him. So he hires his buddy from 1st grade, AR, who is an unsuccessful rep of 9 months... who became a SAM, then a SAM mgr, then a mgr... all within 3 years. Say it isn't so?!?!

Then you have the biggest loser of all: JD - your new international sales trainer who has had sexual harassment issues swept under the rug and was about to be fired. he was "given" a sales training part time job b/c EB felt bad and was afraid to fire the gay guy. Now this idiot is training on an international level. I just had a rep call me to train her AFTER he was with her b/c he is that awful. seriously Allergan. Figure it out before SkinMedica's reputation is completely ruined and we lose any momentum we have left.

You better have one big dump! The only new business we are getting is because of the Allergan team giving the SM brainiacs the leads. Proof? How's Lytera sales so far? Answer: What sales??
 


I've noticed the same thing. Not a bad strategy knowing the SM products are less desired than ours and use of our leverage is smart. The problem I've seen is the SM people think the only way to do things is at dinners and events. They don't really sell anything without the bribe of a fancy dinner or an opportunity to attend a fancy seminar. The jury is still out, but I would say after about a year, Allergan really won't need SM people. The accounts will be integrated and set and we can take it from here! Thanks for your help though!!

Tell me how many accounts SM reps have turned into Allergan accounts vs Allergan reps turning their accounts into SM accounts. We are double dipping on expenses instead of synergizing the product lines. There will be cuts soon and won't be Allergan people. Plus the SM reps and DM's are really not very bright. Lots of comments about how many times things have to be explained a hundred times before they get it.

Skinmedica has had some great representatives in the past but the leadership could not hold on to them. The human resources department is the biggest joke of all.
 


I think the HR dept would win, but sales managers are awful as well! The Region Directors and Region Managers are full of the kool aid! Can you guys make forecasting any more complicated? Come on Kellie, get yourself together and simplify this 9000 page document from hell. Really not your best effort!

We spend more time trying to figure out our forecasting model let alone our actual forecast! How about a novel idea simpletons? Forecasts due by 5th of each month. All I want the first two months of the quarter from Territories is forecast by Latisse and forecast by SM products. Update on specific accounts by the 20th of the month. Last month of quarter, I need account by account forecast by product line with final forecast for the quarter having the most detail, due by the 20th. Keeping 4 people employed for no other reason than complicated reporting that means nothing to growth is just plain stupid and extremely annoying. Step up and simplify this BS tool. I spend enough time away from my family and now I have to deal with this? Or even more simple, let the SAM's do it!! They sure don't do much else!
 




Corporate Athlete is not what you think it is SM people! It's a brainwashing day disguised with an occasional calisthenics module! If you get invited, don't go. You do not have to attend and nobody can or will say a word to you. It's a waste of a day you could be selling.
