Dear Allergan,
I would tell this to you in person but I would have to go through the shady queen bitch from the SM human resource department, C Pritchard, so I am writing this here. HR issues have been reported to her previously but she hides them for her friends. She's threatening and unethical. Fire her immediately.
You have the WORST sr leadership team ever. They are a bunch of overpaid, useless, clueless, inept, negative, deceitful liars. And they hire and promote based on friendships, not quality of work. Stop promoting reps to mgrs just b/c they have been here a long time. Longevity does not necessarily mean quality. HG is a great example of who NOT to promote.
Perfect example of a dumb ass: EB. Ask him to do the job of a sales rep for 1 month and he would fall on his face. Most accounts in florida won't even let him in the door and the reps have to lie to him and corporate b/c he cries like a baby b/c everyone hates him. So he hires his buddy from 1st grade, AR, who is an unsuccessful rep of 9 months... who became a SAM, then a SAM mgr, then a mgr... all within 3 years. Say it isn't so?!?!
Then you have the biggest loser of all: JD - your new international sales trainer who has had sexual harassment issues swept under the rug and was about to be fired. he was "given" a sales training part time job b/c EB felt bad and was afraid to fire the gay guy. Now this idiot is training on an international level. I just had a rep call me to train her AFTER he was with her b/c he is that awful. seriously Allergan. Figure it out before SkinMedica's reputation is completely ruined and we lose any momentum we have left.
