Corporate strategy to hit EBITA & sale the company; Deny field sales force the $40 for home internet expense; Limit product samples; No meals; No overnight travel; Double & triple the size of CCC territories by whacking more reps; Leak bullshit stories about how hot we are and companies are clamoring to buy us for $10 BILLION, (Reuters), (global sales are $1.7B and Net Sales last 2 years are NEGATIVE $350M); Hire new reps but don't train them; Create spreadsheets & conduct multiple useless conference calls weekly that serve no benefit; Close ZERO new contracts of any national value (worthless pieces of shit called Corp Accts & Channel Management), ; Change Comp Plan mid-year to DE-motivate sales force, AND, make it so those who can't make more money sandbag remainder of year (Valentine is a complete moron); Have ZERO new product pipeline, (kiss my ass on Ag+, it will only replace millions in Ag sales you mental midgets); Solutions???!!! do I need to comment on an algorithm created in 1996 and asking customers to STANDARDIZE 100% is like asking Valentine to learn how to speak!!! I probably forgot a few points here but that is why I left the company. Total sad joke of an organization and some RSM's & other "management" types who tow the company line.....Go fuck yourselves nobody gives a shit.
