EES comments

Post the EES comment you WANTED to write, but didn't, because you're smart enough to know that the EES is far from anonymous. Come on, you know you wanna...

Cuts continue all around except in India. Interesting how our employee appreciation day, outings, family day, etc were all cut in RTP and Atlanta. Where did they go? To India that's where. And nothing against India staff, I just wish management would be honest and say there is no future here except for AMs former coworkers.

Every one of my direct reports was in my office crying this year due to stress -- even the guys. No direction, 5 nanoseconds of training, and then just fend for yourself. Anybody who cares about our customers and doing the job right the first time is labeled as "inflexible" or "resistant to change." It is like living in bizarro-world.

It is really sad how much Q changed since TP came on board and DG sailed into the sunset with Wife 2.0. Damned near the entire EC is full of Accenture-bots -- it is abundantly clear that they are positioning Q to be acquired by ACN.

Constant battles across IT leadership have left this organization in tatters. There is little to no thought about cause for the greater good, only self preservation and empire building. The values DG and company brought to the forefront have been shelved for the sake of gaining market-share. Failures within the organization and on projects for our clients have been the hallmark for 2015. I'm not proud to work here anymore and doing all I can to leave.
