I have heard a lot of nonsense on this board from all types. As a industry veteran with no ties to Rotech I thought I would try and explain some of the issues holding back your satisfaction from your employment with Rotech. First I will acknowledge that yes Rotech was pitifully run when reimbursement levels were manageable. That is also a contributing factor today as Rotech borrowed a number of times and interest payments from the borrowing of an era gone by are being paid at record levels of low reimbursement.and continuing cuts to hme.
It would take considerable time to go over the many mistakes made by many companies in the industry so I will focus on why it is so terrible right now and has been since 2006. Before I waste any more of my time I will wait for any responses to see if you are actually interested in hearing about why your pay is stuck why you might feel like you work two jobs for the price of one, why you feel you are in a dead end, why the company seems so cheap, etc. Now may I ask ,do you truly enjoy what you do? Are you interested in hearing excuses from a non Rotech manager?
