Even with the election the industry is pretty much effed over because this or any congress with a republican majority will not spend any more money on what they deem entitlements. One of the biggest issues with the nationals was that they bet on what one poster said " it will be good for the nationals when all of these small companies are forced out ". Its exactly that attitude that destroyed reimbursement. Now every budget year there is the so called Medicare doc fix that I asked you to google. Doctors accepting Medicare have had cuts built into their budgets for a long time but the Docs said hey we will quit accepting Medicare patients at those crappy rates and what does congress do? Docs get a fix on their cuts because they threatened to quit the program of assignment. Do you see where I am going?
