how is it not illegal? I dont get it. It seems really sad that in order to get new business people are offering EMR's. Can't they get the business the old fashioned way, by offering a better product?? Its seems weird to me.

If you think this is illegal than why did the AAD just send out an email discouraging it? They hate it, but it is not illegal. Google it, dumb ass.

I heard that it all ended in 2012 not 2013. Are you 100% certain about that?
