Hey, what happened to all that end of quarter bashing we grew so fond of? I enjoy that I didn’t get one of those and that “Covid is real” stance IT is now taking. Or maybe crap investments, slow to adopt robotics, treat your sales force like crap—-or your leadership had something to do with it. Excuse train coming but, Stryker and Depuy just taking share. Is this Winning?

Wait until you see who all leaves around end of year. Some long time reps taking some big Z business elsewhere. Surgeons are allready on board and going to training with their new company soon. If you have any relationships with your surgeon now is time to make a decision as offers are big as I’ve seen to jump ship. Be wise to at least ask for a number, you would be surprised.

A lot of reps with big business haven’t signed one in years. Especially since biomet merger. Zimmer can’t let business walk over non competes these days, rather keep the business for a few more years then lose it overnight. Reps I know have been getting some big number offers to jump ship.

management and leadership playing ookie on the cookie hoping they lose, that’s how bad it is up top and the world sees it. How one company could drag itself through the mud like this is beyond me. Hanson has proven he can’t lead, the guy is a ghost and rest of management eating themselves like the left.

Bingo. Ookie on the cookie lol. My top manager mines crypto coins and day trades 99% of the time. Zimmer is last place he wants to be except he is using company energy and resources to mine his crypto.
 
There was no end of quarter bashing because ZB has given up growing top line revenue. Cant wait to see how BH spins Q3 results. Even he knows YOY comparisons are a joke and they'll soon show flat or negative growth once we enter 2022. So the brain trust in CT is working on reducing the bottom line. Once they've outsourced every bit of infrastructure (Colombia? Mumbai?) they'll begin on the rep-less model. They've got the tools in place and have done the math. ZB is now a sales a distribution firm. Soon to be just distribution. Good luck to all.
