End of year restructure




It will be a total restructuring. It’s happening now, some respiratory reps were axed last week. No way you can continue to pay all these managers. After the cuts, the MSG group will not be compensated on PIF. Sorry folks, it will be base salary plus commission just like the ET division. Why do you think they cut you down to 4.5% of PIF? Because they can now offer a salary which is very comparable to what you’re making now. Not shit!! Oh, You will need to fall into a tier as well. Get the hoops out folks, will be plenty of jumping for everyone. They want everyone on the same pay scale. And, if you can bring more nepotism to the company…olympus will welcome you with open arms. This place is shit show. FDA always breathing down the necks of the overcompensated under preforming management that came from Boston or the blind leadership. The only way that this shit stops is with a union. F’n hate unions, but it’s time they make their way into the medical devise field. If you are looking for a career in the medical devise industry, I say do something with your life, don’t get trapped in a vacuum.

It is one of two things I think; a)restructuring of the comp plan and some old time reps said fuck it and got out
b)bad management

Also Olympus Uro can't get out of it's own way with a lot of internal shit

Very well said! Medical Device companies screw their sales force and wreck careers on a large scale.
