I think that every word that you have written is true! They wants reps at a fraction of the cost and so many people feel like they are being pushed out (even folks with good numbers).

Whatever happened to the three years of pharma experience that used to be the strict requirement here?

Some district managers also are masters of the bullying and get the full support of those above them.
