Our investors have to be smart enough to know, when you give everything away, numbers will go up but then things will come crashing down. Why be part of that? You want to do something and possibly make some $$$. Then become a whistle blower. Samples for sales is illegal and I know for a fact… 1st hand knowledge that RA not only promotes but encourages samples for sales! I know there are managers that got permission to give obscene amounts of samples to save an account! I’ve heard her on calls instructing TM’s to give samples to cover the cost of a second lamp! (That’s not only NOT compliant but illegal-you are encouraging doctors to bill for samples) Lastly the MRP sell or Trade-in scheme is totally not compliant and potentially illegal!! BF should not be promoting another company to pick up old lamps for BF’s betterment! Why you ask???? Because we are providing a service to the doctors by finding them an entity to sell or give away their old lamps… for the sole purpose of buying our lamp! That is 100% not compliant! She pushes to sell the lamp with ameluz because it’s the only way to get the efficacy that our studies show dumb dumb. Stop being a hater with a big mouth behind a computer screen, you are a bully. You are an idiot! That’s not how the OIG looks at it! It doesn’t matter if the doc bills for samples or not, the intent is for them to bill for samples to increase sales. The intent is to induce sales! Totally illegal! The names you listed, like H, all non-compliant… H sold a lot because she stole her Levulan target list and was 1 of the former DUSA group that cost BF $21million! She promoted off label uses for Levulan! She was a walking lawsuit! The rest all promoted selling off EOB’s to show reimbursement, totally illegal…. And the fact that BF never reported the intentional breachs that is required by law is another problem. All the OIG needs to do is look through the email servers for Bio/BF and I’m sure they will find a lot of illegal documents sent and received!

Not true at all, in my experience when you get a TM or RSM that year after year can’t hit goal… can’t sell anything, then all of a sudden is selling lamp after lamp but still isn’t selling a lot of tubes!!! Something is up!
The fact is there are many former NE TM’s that have attested to the fact that RA is a walking compliance nightmare for the company! Most everyone knows, present and past TM’s the shenanigans RA pulled as a RSM and now NSD. It’s common knowledge!
