Well if there was an investigation, they would have had to talked to the alleged attempts right? Weird that there would have been no disciplinary action? At least VS works with his people. A lot more than can be said about the tattooed clown in the East.

Was there ever an investigation on GR, and the AM in Boston? That seems weird that he moved to the same city as her?! And she resigned and went to work for Flexion...the saga continues!

Um, you’re a doofus. They were hiring before their first CRL. The is only one job in Pain (St. Louis) on their web site. Heron is not close to approval. They are concerned about a second CRL.

There would only be an investigation if the 'attempt' complained, which rarely happens at Pacira - the women all know that nothing comes of Pacira investigations. If an investigation IS done, it's a 'he said she said,' --- especially at Pacira where Exec Mgt would rather ignore it and hope it goes away (or promote the 'attempt' to keep her happy and quiet -- as long as she's making the Company $ - if she's not in sales, forget it - she'll get nothing). Of course if the roles are reversed and the 'attempt' is male and the aggressor female --- hold onto your hats. The male will get dumped from Pacira pronto. And PLEASE dont look to Pacira HR at HQ to hold a decent investigation.....
