I have successfully sold Produce (10 years), with primarily focusing on Peaches and Grapes. Although I have won numerous awards for sales, I have hit the financial ceiling. I am interest in applying for the position of Pico Specialist for Surgical Incision Mngmt. Any insight is appreciated.

Well, if you like micromanagement, you are in the right place.

The money is a good carrot, but it comes with a lot of stress and nonsense. I would look for a promotion within the food industry. I seriously think your industry is better. Although, you probably work longer hours.

Another thing to consider is this: larger corporations are very unethical and their hiring practices are not positive for certain groups, if you know what I mean. So, it is a very delicate and sensitive culture, that discriminates versus these people.

Forget entry level - if I were senior level executives I’d be dialing for dollars
For new jobs. New activist taking big position 2x the size as ever before. Party is over for the JV. Brush up on your “ so what did you accomplish at SN ? “. Or take ur lucrative comp packages and stock ( gulp, oh wait there’s none of that we aren’t Stryker ). The summer heat about to get hotter

The “new activist” will absolutely dictate the future. They could have easily spent their billion dollars on Stryker with a much better return. Change is coming!
