Even if 4 of the 200+ reps reach 85 scripts what does that say about the companies ability to estimate an appropriate target goal for the sales team. How can anyone with a rational mind not question the direction of the leadership team? I sure hope we get better people hired on the executive team that can guide the rest of us more successfully.
