Looks like lead management is going from the number 1 division of Cook to the bottom of the barrel. Talk about perfect timing with the competition coming out with their own manual extraction tools. I sure hope they get rid of the top brass and bring in somebody that knows how to run a division properly. This should never of happened and you are affecting a lot of people's lives with this colossal MISTAKE!
Absolutely ridiculous and opens us to a huge lawsuits from patients and hospital systems. They better fire some people over this. Heard Dr. Byrd is looking at trying to make a switch as well. Nice job corporate!
