ALL Reps that are not to plan for the last 4 quarters will be receiving their performance improvement plans with in the next 2 weeks.

They have run reports that the average reps not to plan are tenured...ie... 3 + years....They have a larger salary, and it will better to bring in new "fresh blood" with lower salaries and be happy to just have a job. Was thoroughly discussed in a meeting/conf call. Final plans will be set at the managers meeting next week.

Just like we have done with our customers..we are now doing to our reps....no loyalty.

I thought all reps have the same salary? 50k, or something, right?
 


I am on a plan, and my manager said it was to help me? Said it would give me clear goals on how to improve my performance. What is frustrating is that he also told me to use my sales aid on every call, and that we needed to role play at lunch, so that I would be sharp in front of the docs.
 




No innovation in this company.....I left a few years ago and it doesn't sound like anything other than repackaged b.s. has come out. Rather than put the reps on a plan they need to hire some actual engineers who can do something other than print a sales aid saying how great TC office is.
 


This plan thing sucks! What 75% of the sales force is not at plan, The company has not hit plan in 4 years. Just ask Sotty J he should be on a plan, Mr. Kiss Ass cant hit a plan if you gave him one. Tough guy Matt H should take action.

Jonsie may never hit a # or add value, but he is the brains behind the marketing team. MH needs this guy to run the ship.
