This is the same Exagen Diagnostics that tried to go into business 5-6 years ago out of Austin TX. It was a venture funded company that hired their entire sales force in anticipation of a new genetic marker that was going to be great. Long story short, no FDA approval, entire sales force let go, 3 months later, no company. Good luck! You had better make sure they actually have a product or this could be very short lived.

They are trying to replace ANA testing in Rheumatology with a test add on called CB-Caps. It has been marketed as a first line test but should be a second line if we question an ANa a result. Very expensive, coverage not great.. Now have test markers for pts. on MTX and some other RA drugs. They were trying to take it public, which management has done with other lab start ups and pulled the offering. Do a search on Yahoo Financial and you be the judge once you read the offering.
 


This place is full of dishonest leadership. You won't make a dime unless you are over your previous baseline. Good luck maintaining your base and growing new business. Top producers of bonus are few and then they leave. Company car allowance is taxed. Basically you lose money driving around. They will fire you within two quarters if you don't produce. Ask anyone.

Anyone else think it is odd that there is no information on Exagen since 2015? How is it to work for the company? Expansion one minute and reps leaving at the same time??
