Anyone want to talk about the fact that when you leave intuitive, they literally only send you like a 5 question survey? I was not allowed an exit interview. I’d be very interested to read all of the feedback given in the ONE open answer question allowed. It’s such a disgrace and HR should be so embarrassed. I wonder if Gary Guthart, Henry Charlton, Darla Hutton or anyone high up would have the courage to ask to specifically read the feedback left in at least the past 2 years. That is, unless they’re just sending those surveys straight to the trash because they don’t listen to feedback. Many folks I’ve spoken to (including myself) that have left sales have written about sexual harassment of employees by managers, racism in sales, abuse of position, unfair practices, etc… and I know no action was taken on my complaints while I was there or after I left because multiple people that harrass coworkers have been promoted through the ranks. For a company that says they encourage things like “radical candor” and “seeing situations as they are, not as how we want them to be”, I believe that they do it to remain “blissfully ignorant” so they can continue keeping toxic leadership and practices while having plausible deniability. From someone who spent many many years of my life there as “part of the family” (which should’ve been the first red flag), was very active in any ERG I could be in and being considered a “regrettable loss”, I will say I’m disgusted by it. No wonder so many people are leaving. I would never recommend a friend or family to work there.

same story, it has never changed and sadly this place never will.

Agree completely. I was disgusted when I left after being a presidents club winner, multiple KOLs built, tons and tons of time put in across the org… and I got the survey. No one from HR asked why I was leaving. No “thanks for your time…” and they wonder why people leave angry.
