i see there are some new positions that state they are part of an expansion. I am not looking to get bashed here but can someone let me know if 170-180 is a reasonable range for these roles? Thanks !
 






Majority of the tenured reps left for BMS, neurocrine, or ITCI. The culture here is really bad and that’s why there was a big exit. People forfeited president club trips to go to another company.
The company will not pay 170-180 for a new rep. They’re not paying their current reps that amount.
Alks doesnt understand the market and will never be a player in CNS. They’re trying to play catchup on rep roles to compete with competitor companies but they’ll always fall short. I would anticipate a layoff when the expansion doesn’t bring in more sales.
Follow the stock price… it’s a joke.
If you need a job, it’s a good enough to have while you look for a new job.

if they are not paying in the 170-180 range what IS the range? I was under the impression they would pay this amount for experienced reps.
 






It’s above 150, I can confirm that. Nobody is leaving ALK for itci or Neurocrine.

This company is a cesspool, it is run by a small group of completely incompetent people who have their heads so far up Richard Popp’s ass that when he farts they whistle. Todd Nichols is the poster child for ineptness, Greg Keck is seriously a dumb country boy that was in the right place at the right time and keeps his position because he always says Yes Sir, right away Sir. The Regional Directors have all kissed enough ass to get to their positions and are scared of anyone moving them out of the way. ALL and I mean ALL the DBLs walk around with big ass puckered lips so they are ready to kiss ass when called upon. If you are gonna work for a single female with nothing for her to look forward to watch your back. Do not share any personal details about your life, or if you do keep it so superficial that it’s bland as fuck! If you are Mormon you are totally in, no matter if you work, prove competent or not because the nepotism runs deep here. Most of the Executive level account managers could not negotiate themselves out of an escape room if you gave them the key.
Ya but other than that it’s a great place to work! Sign up, get on board, take to Paycheck, put the golden handcuffs on and grab the popcorn because it is a complete unadulterated shit show!

Not all the DBLs are bad and kiss ass. There are many that are. 5, maybe 6 are badass. Hope that helps

States like CA & NY have to post the salary range. It states &115k - $150k. With a minimum of two years experience, they’re not looking to pay high salaries. The salesforce has been turned over with non psych experience reps and I wouldn’t expect anything higher. Honestly, they can’t afford high salaries with this expansion.
