One of my favorite Dawn stories is when ‘God-forbid’ that you would have an interest in a division of Allergan other than Eyecare. You were dead to her. Even management would tell you to “be careful”. Because if you didn’t get that other position you were blackballed in Eyecare and she would make your life miserable. What a great culture right?!!Way to cultivate and grow your employees in the direction of their career goals versus your own agenda. Now that is a true leader!!
