Just about everybody in leadership in this company needs a nice hard bitch slap! Watch your back bitches, I recommend looking over your shoulder cause that shit‘s gonna come back on you eventually!
Bye Felicia!Leaving for Intra-Cellular in 4 weeks. I can't wait. Once J&J purchase goes through I get stock buy out, better benefits like early retirement health insurance offered, extremely 2% match on 401k and a multi billion dollar drug to sell with many indications.
I hope I get an offer too! Panel interviews in Atlanta soon. Fingers crossed! We just lost medicaid for Lybalvi where I work. 2025 is going to suck if I have to stay here. I can't believe how great the benefits will be at intra-cellular J&J if I get an offer. Not just the early retirement health care but larger 401k match and more stock!Leaving for Intra-Cellular in 4 weeks. I can't wait. Because you are a POS, and one day I will hunt you down, FAAFOHow did you know

This is too generalized, as in every company this depends on your manager; they can make or break your job. In our district my manager is a dishonest, narcissistic kool aid drinker that tries to play games and deceive. One would be better off going to RP or HR than our manager for any sort of assistance and that is sad!Ok. So we do have a few problems here, but is it any different than any other pharma company? No. In fact, I think, in a lot of ways, it's much better here. In my experience, when I have a suggestion or frustration management listens and gets me an answer. Big pharna does not do that. If you don't like it here you should leave. We who want to be here have work to do. I never post on CP but do check out what's being posted on it from time to time. First time in years I was compelled to jump into the conversation. Please roll up your sleeves and engage to achieve our goals or leave. If you really think it is that bad here, ask you'd manager in a constructive way what can be done to fix things. Good luck to you.

My manager tries to intimidate our district with threatening with potential PIPS constantly. When the C-suite leaders don’t listen then they get what they deserve! If you don’t keep your managers in check then expect many more to leave!
