Just about everybody in leadership in this company needs a nice hard bitch slap! Watch your back bitches, I recommend looking over your shoulder cause that shit‘s gonna come back on you eventually!

-- Thought of the week --
Don't let regret for the things you can't change (Like your old died up lonely manager who will die a miserable lonely painful death) from the past prevent you from doing what you want today and tomorrow. The past only exists now as a way of learning for the future, learn from it, but don't stay thinking about what could or should have been. Put in the work to make today the best you can so you'll be in a much better place than you were yesterday.

Leaving for Intra-Cellular in 4 weeks. I can't wait. Once J&J purchase goes through I get stock buy out, better benefits like early retirement health insurance offered, extremely 2% match on 401k and a multi billion dollar drug to sell with many indications.

Smartest decision you ever made this place is an absolute shit hole, I can not believe I became a manager I should have stayed a rep and sat home on medical leave like I have for the better part of my first 5 years at this place. But NO I have to go and follow my mentor and become a so called professional lackey and do the dirty work because that pos could not get his hands dirty. Now I’m to broken old to move companies.

I hope I get an offer too! Panel interviews in Atlanta soon. Fingers crossed! We just lost medicaid for Lybalvi where I work. 2025 is going to suck if I have to stay here. I can't believe how great the benefits will be at intra-cellular J&J if I get an offer. Not just the early retirement health care but larger 401k match and more stock!

Ok. So we do have a few problems here, but is it any different than any other pharma company? No. In fact, I think, in a lot of ways, it's much better here. In my experience, when I have a suggestion or frustration management listens and gets me an answer. Big pharna does not do that. If you don't like it here you should leave. We who want to be here have work to do. I never post on CP but do check out what's being posted on it from time to time. First time in years I was compelled to jump into the conversation. Please roll up your sleeves and engage to achieve our goals or leave. If you really think it is that bad here, ask you'd manager in a constructive way what can be done to fix things. Good luck to you.

This is too generalized, as in every company this depends on your manager; they can make or break your job. In our district my manager is a dishonest, narcissistic kool aid drinker that tries to play games and deceive. One would be better off going to RP or HR than our manager for any sort of assistance and that is sad!

Sounds just like my manager. We either are extremely unlucky and have the same one or this is rampant in the company.

Well said! Add to that hypervigilant micromanager and you have mine.

Sounds like my former “manager” in Az.

Two faced walking bat shit crazy narcissist that is still single at 45 because there is no way anyone could stay long to develop a relationship. She sees two counselors because as a narcissist she has to find the answer that she wants to hear to appease her bi-polar disorder. There is not enough medication in the industry to help her!
