How many posts have been made regarding the leadership of sales / strategy. Now that there is opportunity with new blood on the horizon, everyone leaves? Hmm...interesting. Seems like there should be opportunity afloat.
 


No one has told any truth to employees so far. Scotty gets promoted, everyone else kept as consultants, no word what the DOJ mess is, etc etc. Fasten seat belts for what? Whoever composed that email should have been concise and logical.

Hmm....Maybe the SVPs staying as conultants will consult the part out. Agreed, that the current leadership team is trying really hard to say look over here --------> :) :)

TZ as a consultant? What the hell will he consult on? How to promote friends, lose accounts, lose solid employees and keep sub par rvp’s with zero proven sales experience.
Maybe hes sticking around just for those fat runzheimer checks? Bad move on the conference call GA!! Diminishing our concerns over money and mileage? You lodt your sales force already by trying to be a tough guy. Another person who doesnt get it. Sales pays the bills and keeps the lights on. Labcorp will buy us for 40-50 million, get rid of garbage rvps and move on. They will get rid of sales, especially bc sales isnt sales, its unproven AM’s with zero sales experience. Now i am going to wash my car and not get reimbursed for it, then i am hopping on a flight and not get reimbursed for my wifi. Such a joke, i work my ass off and rvp’s are watching tv trying to tell ME how to

Let's face it..Avista failed during their due diligence..They got a business for a little bit of cash, but didn't anticipate having to clean house of incompetent SVP's that drove the value down in the first place..Big Fail! And then to keep them on as consultants says they are scrambling to restructure, show some organizational strength and then sell sooner vs. later. Don't waste your time complaining about the incompetence..use this time as a stepping stone to somewhere else or become a Labcorp employee in ~12 months.
