When did people tell him this is what we wanted? Was there a survey or teleconference? Just curiosity?

Marco Mastrodonato and Giorgio Forest please call the sales people to find out what is going on with Fidia USA. Don't listen to your senior management in the US. I had to look up who the Italian management is to let you know how bad it is in the USA.

My wife is so upset about this organization that she has cried since she got home from Atlanta. She feels isolated and completely unappreciated. Her phone has rang since she got home from all her teammates saying they will be all gone by July. I hope you will read this the way it is meant, and that is to let you know that a mutiny is occurring in the US.

Please save your company and these dedicated people that want to work and have trust in Fidia.

This is really such an honest post, sadly I don't think they will notice until lots of people leave and it's too late!

What's going on at this company? Heard that there's been lots of management turnover in the NJ office and lots of turnover in Italy. Have sales improved from declining trend when the brand was given back by Sanofi? How is Gary doing? Still hiding information and BS ing all round him in order to preserve his position? Just Curious

Non Compete in letter received yesterday! Said I cannot have a job in any medical area for a year after signing this document. Did I read pages 3, 4 and 5 correctly?

Employee agrees that during Employees employment with Fidia and for one (1) year following the termination.... any sales services provider serving the biopharma or medial device and diagnostic industries in any state which the employee worked!!

It is the weekend and no attorneys available!!

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Yes you read it correctly. If you sign this document you will not be able to work in the medical field for one (1) year!!! Regardless if they reduce your pay or lay you off.
Even if they stop all health insurance, no car subsidy, hell they can reduce your pay to $ 20 a year and stop all bonuses, and you can't work in the field for a year.

It appears Fidia will own you like an indentured servant.

If you're in this position, you've already signed a non competitive agreement

This type of non-compete clause is unenforceable. It prohibits you from earning a living which they cannot do. You are not a high-powered executive with competitive intelligence. Consult an employment attorney.
 
Does Gary have any idea what some of his DM are doing during the week when they are supposed to be out in the Field working? Obviously not! Lets start by checking the FCR by calling reps. in the district. And they complain about not making money. From my point of view they make too much money. Way more they work for.

All we hear in the field is that we are kicking ass.

I can say this. The management in this company and the way things are handled for employees leaves a lot to be desired.

I signed their non-compete but that is only because it cannot be enforced.
 
This company needs to be reported to the Labor Department. Aldo has no idea about the US market, except to break all the rules in the book. I have no respect for any Fidia employee, they have no balls.
 
So reps used to complain about Gary. The guy now (Sean does not deserved to be called VP) is a son of a gun. He lies, he is ALL about him not the company, not the employees. No different than Aldo. The worse thing that could had happen to Fidia. Give it 12 months before the company goes down.
