Final Countdown

Hi Gang,

It's Roger here. Just want to update you that WC Sales Ops, Medical Affairs, IT and select others are no longer working (10.2). I am doing little to nothing now (other than assessing how much I actually made on this deal!). Bottom line, it's good to be me.

I trust you will have s few more weeks of working in the field. I would guess that Lenny, Annemarie, Meredith, and Mike aren't far behind the Home Office. After that they will pull in DM's to interview for Actavis jobs then will begin filling vacancies with you. Hang in there and if you are worried just remember that it was a good run and it was a matter of time. Too much heat from the Feds and the FDA getting stingy on product extensions.

Despite what trolls tell you on CP....there is life after WC and you will find something. Just leverage the fact that you were motivated by the comp plan and had no fear at putting some of your "pay at risk". Sales managers will understand. Being motivate by money isn't a bad thing....just spin it right.

I will continue to update you as I learn more. It has always been my policy to promote transparency.

A position just posted in my area so I looked here to see what may be new with what is now Activus. I see what looks like a sales force having to interview for their own position... or a layoff is about to occur? I don't know obviously what is going on, so could someone shed some light on the current situation so I know what I may be getting into here? Thanks for your sincere comments. I am a recent layoff as well as my former company cut approximately half of its sales force do to a FDA ruling not in favor of what was to be a flagship product for years.

There are over 200 positions within Activis. Those positions will be filled with Legacy Warner reps. They are offering positions open to outside interviewers. You may have a shot
In territories where the WC rep doesn't have over 2 years experience.
But if you don't, don't bother applying.

Correction; legacy WC has mainly inexperienced (less than 18 months in pharma, many less than 12 months), and very badly trained sales reps. If you are experienced, and from a REAL pharma company, you should feel free to interview. If chosen to interview, you will stand as good a chance as anyone.

I would be surprised if AM has a job. She's the weakest leader we've ad in this co. What will she do without Andy holding her hand. LP was helpful with his dms in the transition process she on the other hand she held a 15 minute conference call with her dms. Does she work?

When did K. Kayel jump ship??????
