Well, I finally got a new driver after months of having to do everything around the office myself. I REALLY want to make this work this time. Although the winter weather has made my face crack where I have to continually smile around him.......It's wearing thin. The way he struts around like if he's stronger than anyone else (including me). Even the sound of his low authoritative voice is getting annoying. He MUST remember who the boss is, after all. I'll let you all know how this works out.

So how's it goin so far? Hope he has'nt quit yet. Word of advise. Write him up before his probationary period is over. Need to show him who's boss right away.
 






O.K.. I'm at the boiling point this morning already. He left the toilet seat up, in furtherance of his disrespect. And although I've been known to go standing up myself, there are other women that use the can as well. I'm logging all of this.

You should be happy you have a multi-tasker. Not to many people can walk and do another job at the same time.

Maybe he left the seat up because he would feel the need to run in and puke from eating your pizza??? Just a guess though.

I suppose that could be a reason. More likely though, he is trying to trump me as a manager and as a woman. Am I paranoid?

I hope you checked out the help that Rotech can provide for you...just another benefit for you.

Or how about this....why don't you just "man up" to the man you think you are. Then you can both fight over who leaves the seat up more.

Better yet...you can fight over who is going to be the b%tch for the other.

However, if you do that...fighting over who is the b%tch for the other....what would you tell your shrink?

That you life is pitiful because a rasied seat has broken you down to the point you are acting like a woman?

Yesterday while I was off, I my csr tells me that the driver was in a very good mood. That must mean I make him uncomfortable when I'm around. Just goes to show you--when the lcm is away, everyone else is gay. Role reversals.......(rolling eyes).
