What a fucking joke. This guy (and his 'team') took down over $1 billion in shareholder value and they give him a walkaway gift on top of that stellar performance? I would call that kind of performance a termination WITH CAUSE. He did it at #Baxano in the past and now with us at Bioventus. Time to call it what is. The board left him in place and watched him destroy a once good company to the point for complete ruin without any oversight. Now that the damage is done they send him off with a cash prize for himself to go fund his winery in California. We hope thats as successful as his run with Bioventus. This guy should be going to federal prison and NOT off to wine country!

And let see how long he keeps his LinkedIn profile reflecting that he is still with us at Bioventus as CEO. A pattern with he and his former 'leaders' that they never reflect the fact that they had been fired and are no long in their 'leadership positions'. John N.... still 'CCO'? Nope he's still dispensing weed in MA which makes sense given that every decision he made here had us wondering if he was high! Time to change the profile John to reflect your new gig as skunk weed purveyor. Rot in hell to all of you frauds who took down our company. And to the rest of you still here with us.... get out now as we are going to reveal you all soon enough.
