When you hire a lot of new sales reps with zero previous sales experience, no college degree and give them a $40K raise over their current income to come on board; what other company, other than Thea, is going to be stupid enough to hire them away from Thea? SB, CP and especially KH did this by design in an attempt to minimize turnover and also in hopes to get a sales force that does not know any different. But those reps are leaving anyway besides being totally non productive other than "checking the boxes" KH has set up.
And BTW....a ton of people have already left. Mostly the tenured career ophthalmic sales reps. Turnover is huge. Some of the newly hired, non-experienced sales reps have left without another job to go to because they just can't stand it here.
And now France is becoming aware.
