Nothing will change. Don’t waste your energy people. Let it be a lesson in life that so long as you kiss their rings you are a golden child. Even if you choose not to work your best. So many people in GS don’t show up, complain about their salaries, are tied to zero KPIs, bad behavior allowed everywhere. It’s ok as long as they applaud their VP they are golden.

Finally someone has spoken the truth.. JD tried to clean up but the layer of fat is too much and they are very weak in execution… it will take a hedge fund takeover in Baird of directors to clean up this organization

It won’t change believe you me. Board of directors want to cut costs. GS promises cost cutting. Quality doesn’t matter. Big projects not even impressive. Touting JAIDA for years and no one cares. Given money constantly. People in Manila drive hours to get to work. Abusive environment but have good PR posing for photos with celebration hands in the air every time they visit us in APAC. We work so hard to do dog and pony show to dance for them.
