Maybe they will announce it at the NSM this week! An instant morale boost!!!!!!!!
All right, the BS has been spread at he NSM. Now it's time to can the morale killer.
They will get what they want very soon, after another awful comp plan no one can stand to survive another year here. Pretty sad what CK and RH have done to the sales force. Oh well, on to bigger and better opportunities.
Carl has a horrible temper. He tries really hard to hide it. But if you watch him carefully and closely you can see his veins popping out and his blood boiling because he really wants to blow up and lose his temper. I once had a hotel room next to him and over heard him between the walls abusively belittling and screaming at his wife on the phone . As a professional he is a true narcissist. Customers at IDNs and GPOs cant stand him. He arrogantly pretends he has a skill set he does not have. Unfortunately the only ones fooled by his narcissistic skill set is upper management.
They all need to go. We need new leadership from the top on down.
These posts are very accurate. The guy is spineless. He will never make a decision on his own and stand behind it. He uses HR to carry out his plan. Guy is a complete waste of a salary and its shocking sharp guys like Weiland and Ring can't see this.
Unfortunately Bard upper management thinks they can cover all their poor leadership bloops up by continuously running people off or firing them with PIPs. But if a cost analysis were done investors would see how much money is being wasted in recruitment and training for the same territories turned over and same issues that they are not capable of fixing. So they fire people or run them off with PIPs to make it look like its the employees fault. Its a real dirty scape goat. Many in upper management would not be able to achieve 5% of the PIP goal required . If you are placed on a PIP they really just want you to quit and not fire you. Because if they have to fire you, you get unemployment. And you are an insured worker....which affects Bard. So if placed on a PIP....don't quit....make them fire you. Its to your advantage but not to Bards.
And don't ruin your reputation in the market by being to pushy with customers, trying to achieve your unachievable PIP goal bestowed upon you by Bard.
Its only a matter of time before potential investors seek out to review employee PIPs so they can see all the internal problems. It really is a map to the lack of leadership in the company and it also unveils financial issues that need to be investigated before an investor puts their money in that company.
Time will be the key factor. The company is waiting on verdicts. Once they come Koehler will be the "fall guy "when they kill the division. The absence of character by Carl has been displayed but the higher ups need a puppet to the end. He fits the bill to a tee. They don't care about the sales force, the morale of employees in the division especially because the future is tenuous. Its only about the numbers. Keep costs down by bleeding the reps for everything they can. The plan is to keep Carl out front to perpetuate the garbage comp plan, pretend to talk up the products that he couldn't sniff sellling in an OR, and disparage reps that are smart enough to leave to keep up the illusion of a future so the other lambs will march to the slaughter. Koehler will get his in time..........he has done too much to avoid the retribution.
