What are your thoughts about first line?

Feels greedy and self serving to me. We've always said offer a choice like guidelines say. Now we are saying give us all of it.

And with less than 65% adherence rate..how could you get your screening rate above that?

I could see if there was a big limit to GI bandwidth, but that's not the case in my area.

Just wanted to find another perspective before I sell my soul or leave the company

Look to leave the company if possible, sooner rather than later. Significant changes incoming, you'll start finding out in late Feb. The company is becoming more of a joke everyday, and you want the least amount of its stench on you. Hope whatever you decide works out. If you have major concerns like 95% of the rest of employees, then you know what to do.

I don't think it's right. This company was about making a difference in screening rates and eradicating cancer. Now it's about hitting Wallstreet expectations that KC pulled out of thin air.

The mission i felt so tied to is dead in my eyes.
