TC was too good for this dump. She easily could’ve managed the FL team. MZ is a horrible leader and the promotion of NR is just one example of it.

Both feet out the door to go to Horizon. She applied for Bausch and Lomb surgical and they wouldn’t take her. Horizon did Way to get out Tricia

I’m so happy to hear that NR was thrown out of Alcon. She never should’ve been promoted to DM. MZ & NR are both unemployed losers that are having trouble landing a new position.
