I love how I’ve spent many years at this company with the promise of a flu cure all only to find out it was a giant pipe dream. It was more about JFR globe trotting and glad handing people all over the word than it was about actually coming up with a cure. $50 million+ down the drain. Somebody needs to come in as a consultant and clear out this company from management to the admins. It starts with daughter dearest, the hillbilly skirt chasing “national” sales director, the marketing director, and the 2 admins that are really secretaries but act like they have more power than God. Don’t get me started on the people that work in the other office in NJ in a support role. They can’t even get the training manager right. If this wasn’t an easy paycheck I’d be gone years ago. I’ve seen a lot of good people leave that could’ve made a difference in the culture here. It’s time for RH to move on. His irrelevant military stories and incessant talk about college sports nobody cares about don’t motivate or help. He’s a buffoon. Not to mention how many of us have had unwanted advances thrown our way by him. At all the meetings whether it was a NSM (which thankfully was cancelled live) to RSM has that man ever provided an important nugget of wisdom about selling Alinia? Not one. How about the managers he has under him? There is maybe one or two that have a clue. We raise the tablet price without letting the sales team know so we’re blindsided when an office tells us how much it is now. My apologies for getting upset but to hear from some of my top offices how they won’t use Alinia anymore today set me off. Time to “Clear the Deck.”
