AZ loves incompetent management. Pemgarda made it but the dolts in medical couldn’t do it. Too incompetent and too arrogant. They’ll all be promoted and replaced by people less competent.

FluMist is now approved for home use. Alan can now terrorize the patients who order direct on MS Teams with asking how come they didn't order 10x more Flu Mist in their order
