I want you all to know we are hearing the same bullshit about having a job at actavis as you did; would you mind sharing how your stock options were structured? Did they roll over and vest into actavis options or stock ? I'm so sorry for your experience and I am learning from you (already looking into another industry which I hope to transition to). I may need the funds for education during my transition and don't trust anything management is saying ( if you terminate it's 100% vest) thanks in advance and wish you all the best! O

Yes they vested 100%.

Yes, after the 60 day warn notice, the official day of termination, our stocks vested 100% and we were able to call Meryl Lynch and cash out. The funds will be wired to your bank account. Severence paid out a month later and remainder bonus paid out a month after that. When it was all said and done I made about $70k from the whole thing and found a much more lucrative job that I enjoy so much more and where I am more respected. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Take this opportunity to find what you want to do and don't look back. They should take care of you. But do not for a minute believe they will keep any of the salesforce or management. Forest is dead once transaction goes through.
