Any Pharma company can email CafePharma and have a thread removed from the site. It's a good way to avoid liability and to monitor the activity sometimes posted by employees, ex-employees, or whoever feels the need to post on the website. But, who is kidding who. All posts and web browsing can be traced if it came down to it.
