I don’t believe all will have Wegovy if that’s what this call is about. I guess the E’s will have it since they are already specialty. It would be an HR nightmare if they gave it to the DCS team. They aren‘t paid a specialty salary.

OCS will roll back the amount of providers they call on, and try to drive additional depth in specialty and some high value primary care. More targeted less broad for the OCS. Basically they will still have plenty of time for golf.

I don't know if any of this is true, but if so, all they would have to do is adjust bonus structures. Many DCS salaries are much higher than OCS.
