The future of EES you ask? ...there are so many in leadership positions that think they are "above the law" or Credo I should say. To much of the buddy system or nocturnal trade-offs going on in particular organizations of EES. R&D, IT, HR, etc. ...and what does HR even do for you/us? ...they show up during layoffs and protect the manager, director, or VP. They make sure the layoff doesnt create a legal problem when the promote someone else in the same position or one that you may have applied for. sheeez! So much "corruption".
