Future of TS after SC sectorization

What is the future of TS after recent announcements of Steve going to Pharma ? Where Mike Reilly is ending up ?

TS should be scaled back to just core security, network, cloud etc services management. Application services is full overhead and its time to close this crap that has not worked for 15 years.
