anybody seen the new car selector for 2025? I’m going to have a fit if I can’t order a Volvo Again!!!This is very sad, but true.
When reps could wheel around free samples and free lunches with unfettered access to prescribers, they had a modicum of impact and value, in particular the ones with long legs.
Now, alas, with the advent of Sunshine, ICER, A.I., and EMR, along with system integration and industry lockout, that tiny, minuscule particle of impact and value, is gone.
This is the same tireless argument year after year going back ages. Just shut up and do your job. Quit being a woe is me person and be grateful you have a job. A bunch of cry babies.Face it we are done. I can hardly make any calls. Most are no see and my stomach issues are terrible with this stress
Must be nice to have signed up to be a liar! Why bother with all the useless training and meetings for the one or two actual in person dialogues per month I have. It's the biggest joke of a job I have ever seen and it's all a bunch of crap. This is the same tireless argument year after year going back ages. Just shut up and do your job. Don't do it if you think it's such a joke.Must be nice to have signed up to be a liar! Why bother with all the useless training and meetings for the one or two actual in person dialogues per month I have. It's the biggest joke of a job I have ever seen and it's all a bunch of crap.
And you’re on here complaining about having an easy job making good money for what? If it’s so bad then quit. Do all of us a favor if it’s that bad.Must be nice to have signed up to be a liar! It's a shame you're being paid to do this job. Leave and allow someone that truly cares about this job to impact patients. I'm sure I'll get a lot of eye rolls with that statement but some of us out here believe in what we do. We DO make a difference. Nothing will ever replace human interaction. The "few interactions" you do have could make a difference in a patient's life. Maximize EVERY conversation intentionally. Change your perspective and I bet you'll be happier bc you'll feel like you have more of a purpose.Must be nice to have signed up to be a liar! Ya, the oxycontin and remicade reps sure did "make a difference." A negative difference. It's a shame you're being paid to do this job. In a dream with pizza crusts and lime drinks, smothered by nasty DM who is a mental midgetYa, the oxycontin and remicade reps sure did "make a difference." A negative difference.
As if every "me too" drug marketed is fairly priced, or materially efficacious, or worth the price and AEs. Please.
The only reason for reps today is to push buy n bill rebates and SP upcoding. Both businesses practices harm patients and tax payers (the consumers). And both need to go.
Upcoming layoffs?I have to say, coming to these boards makes me feel a lot better about all the upcoming layoffs. Here I was feeling bad for the pan-pharma reductions but at least the carnage in commercial is well deserved apparently.
