Ok, if you want neph to align 1:1 with rheum, then you need to actually consider the neph business - not just fit us in with existing rheum. I don’t see any other even remotely successful organization aligning territories for one specialty with another. Hell, let’s just all align with the OBU.
Sales ops here is horrible all around.

Spoken like a true troll who doesn’t understand the business - ie the vast majority of people who work in a home office…or are you that dumb of a sales person that you really don’t understand how geography affects your pay, especially in rare disease?

Yeah, it sucks they we have an additional rep in my territory but you’re making us look like spoiled kids, always crying. Tough shit, grow up. Go purchase some Vagisil, apply and JGSB!!

Over 85% of the neph starts in Q2 were enrolled by a neph (not a referral to rheum). It states all of the info on the daily neph report. Also, if I recall correctly, starts per rep were equal for neph and rheum…or damn close. No doubt that plenty of the rheum starts for which neph reps didn’t get credit we’re referrals from neph but the rheum rep wouldn’t put forth the effort to get the neph name added to the PEF because it doesn’t benefit them one bit.

It’s definitely harder than the meaningless work that you home office trolls do. Oh, what’s the matter? Are you crabby because you didn’t get enough of free Starbucks or sushi or get in enough bowling in this week in between the hour of actual work that you do in a day? Poor baby. says the person who has no idea what we are talking about. There are no additional reps in anyone’s territory, genius. The neph rep will just spend all of his/her time in half of the territory that they already had. Now go troll on another thread.
