We are finding it difficult to compete. There are issues with turn around time, reimbursement (balance billing) and share of voice. We have not made the impact that we had hoped.

The technology is not unique. We all test for the same mutations/ genes. IMHO, PGx Health has a better, stronger business model. We have not met our goals and are struggling to keep our heads above water. I would not be shocked if we disband the Cardio sales force. We are not making money......
What are the call points. I'm used to a direct lab sales call, but understand this is more direct to users selling? My lab has some balance billing now (usually 100-200), what are you seeing? Is it common?
Using the Maternal products from Randox will not help your company at all...dont just worry about the cardio sales force worry about that as well....85k? thats about 35k more than Randox pays and I bet your bonuses are all north of 0 which is what Randox pays....
