Can someone tell me just what you do when insurance doesnt cover 100% of a genpath charges to a 3rd party? Is there a full write off, discount card, bill for the remainder to the patient? etc etc. What is the actual billing policy? This says you bill the patient.

I am not going to switch my business from USLabs if this is the case.

HAHAHAHAH, everyone knows GenPath never balance bills the patient. This is how they buy the business. Even as a patient I never got balanced billed, now that I sell against them this is what everyone knows.

JUST STEP LIGHTLY WITH ANY RANDOX REAGENTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, WORD ON THE STREET IS THAT THE REAGENTS ARE UNDERPERFORMERS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXSIST.

they don't balance bill the patient. a few of our patients got bills by accident and the rep fixed that. the other lab reps that call on us seem really frustrated.
