george you had a choice to make. There were hundreds of people with families who worked for you. The company was about to die and you knew it. You could have fought for a humane severance and period of notice. Or you could have fired them all on no notice and not paid the IC that they earned. You made a choice for the latter because it was better for you. You are the opposite of a leader and the opposite of a stand up guy, a mensch. Karmic justice shall surely be served upon your career.

Call him on his cell phone. Dude goes absolute ape shit if you mention anything about Pernix. Wants to fight and curses a lot. Pretty hilarious considering this guy was considered a leader. George is a douche.

He went from never leading anyone to being shoved into VP of sales bc they thought a “marketer” makes a leader...nope
Kinda like JV went from sales ops to a pretend leader who only was the most horrific dictator ever...never should lead anyone but to hell...

Unbelievable. They’ve magically purchased the bankrupt pernix and renamed it Currax? Same pathetic leadership and piece of crap people who terminated an entire sales force with NO WARN notice, no severance, not even a DAY, no q4 bonus payout yet pocketed nearly a million dollars in retainment fees??? You left people without anything. Nice maneuvers, you complete assholes. currax isn’t even listed on LinkedIn- George and Glenn haven’t updated their “new employment” and magically SS has NEVER worked for Pernix but slid right into four years with a brand new company? Nice fraud job everyone. Fantastic.

REALLY...the writing was on the wall when Pernix bought Zogenix. They had no idea on how to sell in a Cll space. Previous layoffs, company stock price, no Nat'l Mtg were your clues-don't know how much more you would need.

Currax is now purchasing Nalproprion. The amount of manipulation and foresight this took... they have “repaid 25% of their debt” to make “this deal” - they gave their reps zero notice, not even one day. BK a company, renamed it, same leadership and now acquire the drug the Bk company had acquired and formed a separate company to hold. JS, we should have known you were an evil genius while posting pictures from your luxury seats at the super bowl while your employees were told there were no raises or bonus being paid out.
