So glad I got away from this shit—horrible DBMS,RBDs, Lilly kicking NNI ass, falling stock, no new products due to be approved for years, incompetent people in leadership, people promoted due to favoritism rather than. performance, constant upheaval “disruptions” and playing with people’s lives every 2 years, interviewing for your own goddamn job, hiring non sales people and people without experience because they are a personal friend, personal trainer or former colleague or because they have “NP” behind their name, compounded sema taking a big chunk from market share. Fucking shit show. It’s a sinking ship. At least for the next 3 years. And who will pay the price? You the DCS or OCS. The squeeze on you is coming plus more “disruptions”. This ship is going down. Good news—life is beautiful without Novo in it. Go out and find it. Plenty of opportunities with companies who actually will respect and appreciate your experience and drive, promote fairly and reward you for hard work.
