GET RID OF LAZY DIRECTORS, ZERO VALUE TO J&J




I must agree, they don’t do a lot here in MedTech. How about JJIM? Seems like everyone aspires to be a Director then they stop working once they are promoted to Director. They get bored so they start micromanaging.

Amen on the micromanaging, especially here in Supply Chain. We are very top heavy with a huge number of Directors. Lots of Chiefs and very few Indians. Prime for big cuts and savings. They literally have nothing to do. Why can the company not see that? Where is McKinsey when you really need them?
 


Yeah, Kevin Whitehead is asleep at the wheel. So many Directors under him it’s totally absurd. Supply Chain is ripping off the company, almost zero output or value.
 






Heard global is less impacted. Lots of D1’s in global medical strategy Organization with zero contribution should have been shown the door.
Hope Yusri takes notice of the bloated global oncology med team.
 


Get Rid of These Idiots. Receiving a lot but not delivering a lot. ADDING ZERO VALUE. Please Joaquin and other Leaders, do your damn job. Fire these Do Nothing Directors. Now. The Lazy Directors do not want you to see these posts.
 


I spent the last 20 years at J&J curating the role that I made for myself. I worked very hard to be in a position where I work less than 10 hours per week yet the small things I do have major impact on clinical development. Do we criticize doctors who work 9-5 jobs? No, we don’t because we know they worked hard to earn that work/life balance. I’ll be damned if I’m on the chopping block. God help the company if I am.

You are telling the exact reason that all Directors should be fired. Get out of your little cushy bubble and actually deliver some value idiot. We are wasting $500,000 on your laziness. Your usefulness ended 20 years ago. Cull the herd. Keep the worker bees and fire the Princes and Princesses.
