lol yea that old receptionist was the snobbiest biaaaa known to man. She answers the phone like a mooing cow and doesn't acknowledge humans walking past her nose. What a way to give a 1st impression for a company! The new receptionist is WAAAY better, I hope they treat her right and she stays!!
