Run for your life. Gibbs’ leadership team is afraid of him. No one can challenge him without terrible repercussions. He breaks and beats people down. It is becoming so much more toxic than it has ever been. And interestingly, our performance has never been better except for the joke failure to launch. No one wants to work here anymore. I hope your AMP survey comes out exactly how it should - with the cold hard truth that it is a horrible horrible place to work.

He slashed budgets again for the second year in a row to make himself look good with Japan yet is asking the teams to deliver more with less qualified people, less $$, and more pressure than ever. He belittles people in meetings. Laughing at them even. It is despicable. There is nothing left to work hard for here. Certainly not leadership. Because there is none. His entire leadership team is a sham unwilling to advocate for themselves or their people. People are leaving in droves. And he will too. It’s clearly his MO. Implement some copycat years old failure of a model, slash budgets, break people down, and then leave. Best to leave before he does.

Which comments got deleted? The one that said culture eats strategy Tommy? Or the one that said his AMP survey is going to tell everyone what a horrible place it is to work? Or the one that said he has done this dismantling bit at other companies and now it is our turn? Or...?

The one that said DF was an asshole but at least we didn’t have to deal with him that often and people focused on the right things for the business and ignoring DF’s antics. And TG is an asshole that we have to deal with all the time and can’t ignore or work around. Especially now that CLT members are cult followers. It’s pathetic. He has ruined and is dismantling whatever positive culture we had left. People are eating their own children to protect themselves from TG. It’s an awful place to work.

Not all of them...but most for sure. You can see some of them trying to do their own thing, just doesn’t seem like TG is going to let it happen.
 












He has a history of being a short lived a-hole throughout his career where ever he’s been. He’s a big pharma cast off who jumps companies every 2 years for a reason.
