Comp is good. Pay structure is difficult to figure out, always changing... Cumulative commission. Just be watchful of which region you are in, a couple of Regional Managers are idiots. All depends on what state you reside in. Where are you located?
 






Now that Coviden purchased Given Imaging in December, how is that going to change? Will Coviden take over and have their own reps promote the PillCam?
Any feedback would be appreciated. I would like to interview with the company, but there is not an opening in my area.
What is the base? $75k? At plan? $165-180K?
I am assuming it would be a small territory.

No, Covidien has split it into 2 areas of sales
1. Diagnostic
2. Therapeutic

You're about right on the comp plan, $165-$185 sounds about right.
 


What is the latest on Given Imaging? I'm being approached to join for a better quality of life. I'm told reps love it there and no one leaves unless promoted. Any thoughts or pros and cons would be greatly appreciated.
