how can Roche/Gene pay $8B to buy InterMune and yet no one in home office, IT or management can figure out how to get my HCP lunch reimbursed on GNE's Concur system????

we've been telling you for more than a week something's messed up.

Concur hardly ever has tech issues, we've been using it for years as does many other companies. Maybe it's a "you" issue?
