Goals and payouts

Any idea when we will get the goals for this semester and previous semester payout ? What goes into the calculation

Still figuring out how this company works. Every company I’ve worked for previous - I received goals prior to the start of a new quarter semester the answer for everything here is anytime now . Maybe they will get goals right this time and it will be attainable for most

Many companies now bend over backwards to make employees happy with high pay benefits great culture this company is trying to find ways to make people want to leave

agree. unattainable and not sustainable haven’t been here too long but my last company had an average of 5 percent increase for the year !!!!! - isn’t the company doing really well? it’s so much unnecessary unfair pressure and stress

please..... go on EVERY other CP Board and you'll read the EXACT same thing. Why did you leave the last company if things were so good.

respect the perceptive and frustration. it would be interesting to see how many people have left and how many have hit goal every year since the start
